Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is TrackCure AI?

TrackCure AI is a privacy-focused Progressive Web App (PWA) that helps you securely log and manage your health records directly on your device. It includes an AI assistant to provide insights based on your local data.

Is my health data private and secure?

Yes, absolutely. All your health data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it. We do not collect, store, or transmit your health information to any servers.

How does the AI assistant work without compromising my privacy?

When you use the AI chat, your query and relevant local health data are sent to a secure serverless function. This function acts as a proxy to the Google Gemini API, processing the data in real-time to generate a response. Your data is not stored on our server and is discarded after processing.

What types of health records can I track?

You can track various types of records, including Doctor's Details, Medications, Test Results, Disease History, Treatments, and Daily Health Diary Entries.

How do I export or share my data?

You can export all your records as a .txt file from the "View History" page. You can also use your device's native sharing functionality to share the formatted text.

What is the purpose of the login feature?

The login feature (powered by Firebase) is optional and allows you to access premium features across multiple devices. It does NOT sync your health records; your records remain local to each device.

How can I contact support?

You can contact us via email at trackcureai@gmail.com or through the "Contact Us" link in the footer.

What happens to my records if my subscription expires?

No worries! Your data is saved locally on your device. Just buy a subscription again and log in; your records will still be there.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes, you can use the app on multiple devices by logging in with your account. However, please note that your health records are stored locally on each device and are not synchronized across devices.
